Mindful attention, without judgment or an end goal, can make such a difference in how you experience something. Literally taking time and attention to land with yourself, your body and your pelvic area, brings you to a deep connection with yourself. Your pelvis is your base; the core of who you are. When you are more in touch with that, it becomes easier to feel what you want and to set your limits.
The pelvis is also a place where we can store a lot of tension. This can lead to, for example, lower sex drive or pain during sex. Paying attention to what lives in you in the moment can break these kinds of patterns.
We will work with accessible exercises in mindful attention and touch. This can be done with clothes on.

Being with yourself, with time, attention and touch. At a time where hugs and physical contact with others are scarce, I invite you to ask that one person to give you the time, attention and touch you need. Someone who is always there for you and who knows you like no other.
